RB Tops ACC The Bulldogs (9-7, 3-2) went on the road and took home another conference win beating ACC 67-53. A balanced scoring attack saw 4 different Bulldogs in double figures. Jack Stivers and Jamir Truman led the Dogs with 15pts each. Paul Zilinskas had 13pts while Dylan Mehan contributed 12pts of his own. Next up, conference leader Aurora Christian comes to town this Friday night.
Bulldogs Beat St. Francis The Bulldogs (8-7, 2-2) picked up a big conference win beating St. Francis 70-56. RB went high tempo from the start and jumped out to a 16-3 lead. St. Francis battled back in the 3rd but the Bulldogs were able to close strong to get back above .500 on the year. Paul Zilinskas filled up the stat sheet leading the Dogs with 26pts (4-6 3pt) 8rebs and 5 assist. Jack Stivers again came up big off the bench adding 16pts. JP Hanley and Dylan Mehan also contributed with 9pts each. Bulldogs will be back at it again when they take on ACC this Tuesday.
RB Loses Close One to Rice The Bulldogs (7-7, 1-2) couldn't overcome a down shooting night as they lose to Brother Rice 56-53. The Dogs were an uncharacteristic 4-17 from 3pt land but still hung tight with the Crusaders until the end as a shot to tie the game fell short as time expired. Jack Stivers led the Dogs with 13pts off the bench. Luke Gentile and Paul Zilinskas had 10pts each. RB is back into conference play this Friday against St. Francis.
RB Drops Final Game of Tosh The Bulldogs (7-6, 1-2) lose to St. Pat's 70-56 in their final game of the Jack Tosh Holiday Tournament. The Bulldogs just couldn't quiet overcome a 10pt halftime deficit as St. Pat's pulled away in the 4th quarter. The Dogs were led by Paul Zilinskas with 21pts & 9 rebounds. Ryan Gaynor added 4 threes of his own to finish with 12pts. The Bulldogs will have a few days off before heading to Br. Rice on January 7th.
Dogs Cruise Past Providence The Bulldogs (7-5, 1-2) used a 14-0 run to start the game to jump start a 62-43 win over Providence. The Dogs were led by Paul Zilinskas who had 26pts (3-6 3pt). Jamir Truman added 9pts and while Luke Gentile and Dylan Mehan had 8pts each. The Bulldogs finish off the Jack Tosh Holiday Tournament Monday against St. Pat's at 1:30.
Bulldogs Lose to Wheaton North The Bulldogs (6-5, 1-2) lost their second round game in the Jack Tosh Holiday Tournament to Wheaton North 65-53. Paul Zilinskas had 13pts and 7rebs to lead the Dogs. Luke Gentile, Dylan Meehan, and Jamir Truman contributed with 8pts each. The team will be back at it Saturday at 6:00pm against Providence Catholic.
Bulldogs Open Tosh With a Win The Bulldogs (6-4, 1-2) kicked off the 2019 Jack Tosh Holiday Tournament with a 65-48 win over Stagg in the opening round. The Dogs were 10-22 from 3pt (45%) and used a strong second half to put away the Chargers. Paul Zilinskas led the team with 28pts (5-8 3pt). JP Hanley was also in double figures with 10pts. Next up, Wheaton North at 4:30pm on Friday 12/27.
Bulldogs Lose to ICCP In Close One The Bulldogs (5-4, 1-2) let a halftime lead slip away to ICCP and lose 60-59. In a back-and-forth game down the stretch, Paul Ziliniskas hit a shot with 5 seconds left to put the Bulldogs up 2. ICCP was able to draw a foul on a 3 point shot and buried all three free throws with no time remaining to win the game. Paul Zilinskas led the Bulldogs with 20pts (4-7 3pt, 6reb). Jack Stivers contributed off the bench with 15pts & 6rebs. The Bulldogs are off for a few days but will take on Stagg in the first round of the Jack Tosh Holiday Classic at York on Thursday December 26th.
Bulldogs Beat DeLaSalle The Bulldogs (5-3, 1-1) bounced back Saturday morning to beat DeLaSalle 65-46. Three Dogs were in double figure scoring led by Paul Zilinskas with 17pts. Jamir Truman added 10pts while JP Hanley contributed with 13pts off the bench. The Bulldogs had 21 assists on 26 total baskets. They are back into conference play Friday against ICCP.

The Dogs struggled to get any consistent offense going and lose their first conference game of the season. Jack Stivers led the Bulldogs with 12pts. Paul Zilinskas and JP Hanley also contributed double figures in scoring with 10pts and 11pts respectively. The Bulldogs have a quick turnaround as they take on DeLaSalle at Mount Carmel High School at 11am on Saturday.

Bulldogs Take 3rd in VandeMerkt The Bulldogs (3-1) closeout the Bill VandeMerkt Thanksgiving Classic with a 57-49 win over Kenwood Academy. The Dogs overcame a 5 point halftime deficit to finish 3rd in the holiday classic. Paul Zilinskas and Dylan Mehan led the way for the Bulldogs with 20pts and 15pts respectively. Jamir Truman contributed with 9pts and 9rebs. The Bulldogs will begin conference play this Friday at Bishop Mac.
Dogs Bounce Back With Win Over OPRF The Bulldogs (2-1) withstood a Husky 2nd half run to pull out an 88-79 victory over OPRF. The balance scoring attack for the Bulldogs had 4 players in double figures, with Paul Zilinskas's 25pts (5/8 3pt) leading the way. Jamir Truman (14pts), JP Hanley (11pts) and Jack Stivers (10pts) were the others. The Bulldogs will close out the VandeMerkt Classic against Kenwood on Saturday at 3pm.
